Highly-efficient processing systems for industrial production

InnoLas Systems designs and manufactures highly-efficient industrial processing systems. A modular design means that all the machines can be configured and sized to meet customers’ specific requirements. The result is solutions that are tailored precisely to production conditions. For micromaterial processing of crystalline solar cells the ILS Photovoltaic and ILM Photovoltaic models are equipped with the appropriate laser technology and typical process automation components. Supported central laser processing steps include Junction Isolation, Laser Fired Contacts (LFC), Metal/Emitter Wrap Through (MWT/EWT), Selective Emitter Doping (SE), Contact Opening and Laser Scribing.

We offer the IMPALA Photovoltaic model for the micromaterial processing of thin-film solar modules (CIS/CIGS, cadmium telluride CdTe, amorphous silicon a-Si, microcrystalline silicon, micromorph silicon). This model is equipped with laser sources that are optimized for thin-films and which allow large panels to be processed.

Machines based on the ILS500 X model are particularly popular in electronics production.
